About Me
I see you, wanting to feel like yourself again yet carrying the weight of feeling lost.
Therapy for the Ones Who Hold Everything Together
You don’t have to choose between your success and your peace. I help high-achievers break free from burnout, self-doubt, and relationship stress without losing their drive. Free 45-min consult (for the month of August) for clients in Texas & Trinidad & Tobago. Let’s make your next chapter lighter.
In this short video, I share who I help, how I work, and why therapy with me might be exactly what you need right now.

My Specialities
I have 15 years in the mental health field and 8+ years of direct client experience. I am also a fellow high-achiever.
Growing up, I carried quiet expectations to hold it all together and get everything right. My worth often felt tied to performance, and when failure showed up, the lows felt heavy. I have felt the loneliness of being surrounded by people yet still unseen, and the restlessness of not knowing how to slow down. These experiences shape how I show up with my clients: I see you in the struggles you carry silently, even when the world thinks you are fine.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a safe space to release the thoughts and feelings you’ve been holding for months or years. I use experiential techniques to keep you grounded in the present and bring forward the parts of yourself you may have shut away. Together, we’ll reconnect with your values, rewrite your story, and help you find your voice again.
