About Me
I help high-achieving professionals and couples navigate anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges, so they can build self-trust, emotional clarity, and deeper connection.
My Specialities
I have 15 years in the mental health field and 8+ years of direct client experience. I am also a fellow high-achiever.
At the foundation, I prioritize building a relationship where you feel comfortable enough to be real—messy, uncertain, and fully human. I take time to learn about your health history too, because I understand the connection between your body, emotions, and environment. We’ll check in often, so our work stays attuned to your goals and grounded in best practice.
Outside the therapy room, I’ve rediscovered my love for running and cherish slow weekends with my husband and our spirited 2-year-old Shih Tzu. I unwind with EDM playlists, reality TV, and browsing open houses for fun—because therapists are human too.
