FAQs
Where are you located?
I’m based in Texas. All sessions are currently held online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, making therapy accessible wherever you are.
Do you accept insurance?
I am private pay only.
What technology do I need?
A device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. A secure link will be sent before each session. Find a private, quiet space where you can speak freely.
What if we have technical difficulties?
I'll reach out by phone and we'll reconnect via video or complete the session by phone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, I offer virtual sessions only to clients across Texas and Trinidad and Tobago.
What are your fees?
Session fees are:
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $200 USD
Couples Therapy (100 minutes): $400 USD
I offer a few sliding scale options per week, please feel free to reach out.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
Together, we get to decide what’s right for you. I'll listen to your goals, your story, and what you're ready to work on, and from there we'll shape a path forward. Some people come for a few sessions to work through something specific. Others stay longer to do deeper, more transformative work. Based on my experience and expertise, I'll share my recommendations along the way to help guide the process. Healing takes time, but change starts the moment you decide to show up for yourself.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. This document outlines your potential therapy costs upfront so there are no unexpected fees. You'll receive this in writing before your first session or upon request.
