Therapy for Work Stress & Burn Out
As a fellow high achiever, I have deep empathy for your mental load and quiet exhaustion.
You’ve been pushing forward for years; chasing goals, climbing the ladder, showing up for everyone around you. But lately, it’s catching up with you. You’re missing doctor’s appointments, forgetting to eat, or skipping out on time with family just to meet another deadline. You’ve poured so much into your work that when you finally pause, you barely recognize what’s left. Your relationships feel strained, your body is tired, and even your wins feel a little empty. You wonder how it got this far and if there’s a way to keep your ambition without losing yourself.
Professionals come to me when:
They look successful on paper but secretly feel like a fraud.
They can’t turn their brain off, even when they’re off the clock.
Rest feels earned, not allowed.
They’ve been chasing goals but feel increasingly disconnected from themselves and others.
They’ve lost sight of what it means to feel proud, grounded, or genuinely at peace.
They’ve been out of the dating scene so long they’re unsure how to re-engage without fear or pressure.

How Therapy Can Benefit You
With a supportive and nonjudgmental approach, we work together to help you regain your sense of direction and create a life that’s meaningful and fulfilling.
You may begin to:
Gain clarity about what’s fueling your burnout (and how to interrupt it)
Build systems that support your execution and your wellbeing
Set boundaries and manage conflict with more confidence and emotional regulation
Break patterns of self-neglect tied to productivity and people-pleasing
Reclaim your voice in high-stakes spaces without collapsing afterward
This is a space to practice new patterns rooted in values, not fear.
Therapeutic Techniques I use
Rooted in compassion, grounded in science, and attuned to your lived experience.
I draw primarily from:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to help you defuse from self-critical thoughts, clarify your values, and take action that aligns with who you are
Mindfulness-based approaches – to support nervous system regulation, present-moment awareness, and burnout recovery
Culturally responsive frameworks – to ensure your identity, history, and worldview are honored—not pathologized
We don’t just talk about workplace stress—we move through it together in a way that’s body-aware, value-centered, and culturally anchored.

Education & Credentials
You’ve spent years being the strong one. The one who holds it all together, who pushes through, who rarely asks for help. But even the most capable people carry invisible weight. And quietly, it’s been costing you your peace, your joy, your sense of self.
If reaching out brings up guilt or shame, you’re not alone. High-achievers often feel like they should have it all figured out. But needing support doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re human. This isn’t about breaking down. It’s about choosing yourself, maybe for the first time.
Therapy is a bold and grounded act of self-trust. And you don’t have to do it perfectly.
You just have to begin.
